“Merry F@#$ing Christmas” Christmas Horror Anthology will be four segments featuring four really awesome and gruesome tales for the most wonderful time of the year!!

Segment Title

“Alexandria”

Written and Directed by the Lowe Brothers

Suffering from years of psychological struggles, Alexandria finds her daily regimen of anti-psychotics failing to stem the hallucinations and destructive behavior.  The passage of time leads Alexandria to believe that she is either being mentally and emotionally tortured by Martin or she is being haunted by the ghost of her unborn child. The mounting tension and fear break her fragile psyche forcing her to face the fallout of her decisions.

Elyse Dufour Interview

At 20 years old Elyse Dufour has done a lot of acting; 7 movies in just the last year and currently working on other projects. She made her jump to acting after realizing she wanted more out of life; all of her friends that she knew from her town were heading down paths that she didn't want to go down, one day she noticed just how bad things were getting. Elyse really wanted to get out and get away,the lack of excitement and  passion drove her to wanting more.  She always thought being an actress, writer or director as an impractical idea, she did not know how to get that thought across to her friends and family. She realized that she needed a change and cut off all the people that she felt was bringing her down. She wanted to do something better and become something better. She decided to throw caution into the wind and jump in!

While shooting “Alexandria” she was also filming “The Holy Sound”, a psychological thriller which is in post-production. Her long term goal is to be known for making movies that make people feel something; when they are finished watching the movie she wants them to think about it afterwards. She wants them to fall in love with her character and remember her for the work she did in the film rather than forget it a day later.

When talking about “Alexandria” Elyse describes her experience as being amazing and she really loved working with Brent Bauer as well as the other actors on the film.

I did ask her one question like of most my other interviews; "What three people would you want to spend the zombie apocalypse with?"

Lucius Hunt (Joaquin Phoenix) Seems really strong, doesn't seem to be afraid of the things in the woods, and felt they would let him live because he is a great person, Her mom because she doesn't want her to be a zombie and she knows she will have her back, Heath Ledger (The Joker) because he’s crazy and he’d kill everyone!
